AIM in October

Part of why I set up AIM was to share what we learn as we go, so here’s a look back at our first month.

We launched

The website went live in October, built and looked after with the help of AI.

Training teams to use AI well

Hands-on sessions on Claude and ChatGPT, built around the work people actually do. Thank you to our customers for having us.

Out with our first clients

I’ve been out and met some of our first clients, and we’re hard at work delivering their requirements. In our first few weeks that has meant:

An AI ambassador

We built and ran an AI ambassador that published reviewed and approved content across four social media platforms every day, with minimal management.

The AIM Roundup

A short weekly round-up of the AI news that matters if you run a UK business, every Friday. Read the latest Roundup.

Running AIM on our own AI

We use the same tools we teach: AI helps draft our presentations and keeps track of every action.

Free to use

If you’re just starting out, the AI Capability Matrix helps you work out where to begin.

If you want to learn more about the different levels of AI capability, we’ve written a short explainer of a framework from the University of Washington.

What’s next

Updates to our Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot courses are all on the way, because there have been so many changes in each of those ecosystems.
